Terms and Conditions for LyteLease Agent Referral Program

1. Promotion Period

1.1. The LyteLease Agent Referral Program ("Promotion") is valid from 19 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"), unless otherwise amended or extended at Lyte's sole discretion.

1.2. All qualifying referrals must be submitted within the Promotion Period. A Qualifying Drawdown (as defined below) may take place after the Promotion Period ends, provided the referral itself was submitted within the Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility

2.1. This Promotion is available to selected registered ERA, Huttons, OrangeTee and PropNex agents who:

• have an active LytePay account; and
• have successfully completed all required identity, KYC and bank account verification checks in order to receive any referral fee.

(collectively, “Eligible Agents” and each, an “Eligible Agent”)

2.2. For the purposes of this Promotion, a "Referred Landlord" means a landlord who is referred to LyteLease by an Eligible Agent in accordance with Clause 3 and who takes up the relevant service in accordance with Clause 4.

3. Referral Submission

3.1. Eligible Agents must submit a referral through one of Lyte's official referral channels — the referral form (lyteforms.typeform.com/ll-refer-pr) or WhatsApp to 8836 9124 — before the Referred Landlord's application to LyteLease is submitted.

3.2. Each Referred Landlord may only be attributed to one Eligible Agent. Where more than one referral is submitted for the same landlord, the first valid submission by an Eligible Agent received by Lyte will take precedence.

3.3. Referrals submitted after a landlord's application has already been received by Lyte ("Retrospective Referrals") will not be accepted.

4. Referral Fee Mechanics

LyteLease Rent Unlocked

4.1. A referral fee is payable only where the Referred Landlord successfully cash out their rental income with LyteLease Rent Unlocked (a "Qualifying Drawdown"). No referral fee is payable if the advance is not successfully disbursed to the Referred Landlord, for any reason.

4.2. The referral fee payable to an Eligible Agent depends on the amount of the Qualifying Drawdown, as set out below:

4.3. Each Eligible Agent may receive only one referral fee under this Clause 4 (Rent Unlocked) per Referred Landlord, calculated in accordance with Clause 4.2.

LyteLease Rent Assured

4.4. A referral fee is payable only where the Referred Landlord successfully onboards onto LyteLease Rent Assured and assigns LyteLease to assist with their monthly rental collection (a "Qualifying Onboarding"). No referral fee is payable if the Referred Landlord does not successfully onboard, for any reason.

4.5. The referral fee for a Qualifying Onboarding is a flat S$100 cash per Referred Landlord.

4.6. Each Eligible Agent may receive only one referral fee per Referred Landlord in total under this Clause 4, based on whichever service – LyteLease Rent Unlocked or LyteLease Rent Assured – the Referred Landlord takes up first. Where the Referred Landlord subsequently also switches to, the other service, no additional or separate referral fee is payable to the Eligible Agent in respect of the other service.

5. Referral Fee Fulfilment

5.1. Eligibility for a referral fee will be assessed after a Qualifying Drawdown or Qualifying Onboarding has taken place, based on Lyte's records.

5.2. Referral fees for a Qualifying Drawdown or Qualifying Onboarding will be credited by the 15th of the month following the date of Qualifying Drawdown or Qualifying Onboarding.

5.3. Referral fees are paid by bank transfer to the Eligible Agent's bank account as verified on the LytePay platform. Eligible Agents are responsible for ensuring their registered bank account details are accurate, valid and up to date.

5.4. Referral fees are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into any other benefit.

6. Verification and Disqualification

6.1. All referrals, Qualifying Drawdowns, Qualifying Onboardings and Eligible Agent accounts are subject to Lyte's review and approval.

6.2. Lyte reserves the sole and absolute right to withhold, cancel or recover any referral fee where:

1. The Eligible Agent does not meet these Terms and Conditions;
2. The Qualifying Drawdown or Qualifying Onboarding is subsequently cancelled, reversed or found to be invalid;
3. The Eligible Agent provides inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information;
4. Lyte reasonably suspects fraud, duplication, abuse or other improper conduct; or
5. The Eligible Agent breaches Lyte's prevailing terms of service.

6.3. Lyte may contact an Eligible Agent to request additional information or clarification for the purpose of verifying eligibility.

7. General Conditions

7.1. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Lyte's prevailing terms of service. Participation does not create any agency, employment or partnership relationship between the Eligible Agent and Lyte.

7.2. Lyte reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this Promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time where reasonably necessary, including due to technical issues, suspected abuse, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond Lyte's reasonable control.

7.3. Referrals validly submitted before any such change will continue to be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of submission, subject to the eligibility conditions in Clauses 2 to 4.

7.4. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Agents consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility and fulfilling referral fees, in accordance with Lyte's privacy policy.

7.5. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any campaign advertisement or promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

7.6. Lyte's decisions regarding eligibility, qualification and referral fee fulfilment are final and binding.

7.7. LytePay Pte Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Neither LyteLease Rent Unlocked nor LyteLease Rent Assured is a loan.

7.8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
