LyteLease charges a service fee ranging from 6% to 9.5%, based on your tenancy and application details, along with a fixed 1% processing fee on the rental advance amount.

All fees will be clearly stated upfront and deducted from the amount disbursed to you. There are no hidden or recurring charges.

To qualify for LyteLease, your property must have a monthly rental of at least $1,000, up to a maximum of $50,000.

You can advance between 6 to 12 months of your rental income in a single transaction, subject to tenancy verification.
